I can’t find my CPE Certificate. What should I do?
Every learner has access to their learners portal, via our website, where certificates are kept for ease of access. Please log into the learners portal with the details that were provided to you upon registration. If you are not able to find your login details, you can reset your password. We also email certificates to all learners after each course. Check your inbox (incl. spam folder). If something seems amiss, and neither options are available, please email us at “writetous@hrandpayroll.com”
I couldn’t attend, can you send me the recording?
24 hours after an event has finished, all learners receive a copy of the recording . Please check your inbox (and your spam folders) to ensure that you have received the recording.
Can I mail you a cheque as payment?
For group orders we do allow cheque orders as long as we are set up as a preferred vendor with your organization. We only accept cheques for orders valued over $1000.
I need a refund. What are my options?
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Cancelling attendance 24 hours before the event.
- Not satisfied with our event/recording: If you are not happy with our event we will gladly issue a refund. All we ask is that you provide us with detailed feedback. We know we are not perfect!

My discount code didn’t work!
Make sure that there are no spaces between the letters and numbers, and that your discount code does not have an expiration date.

I can’t attend the event – How do I cancel my registration?
Cancellations are available within 24 hours before an event begins. After this point, cancellation is no longer possible. Just email us at "writetous@hrandpayroll.com" and we will take it from there.

Do you sell through other websites?
We currently do not sell our courses on other third party platforms. However, we are always looking to provide our courses to our students and therefore partnerships will be announced to all learners as we enter into these.
