Since the enactment of the Pregnant Workers' Fairness Act (PWFA) on June 27, 2023, employers have been tasked with complying with its provisions. However, the final regulations issued by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) on April 19, 2024, set the framework for employer expectations, which will become effective on June 19, 2024. This webinar is designed to provide employers with a comprehensive understanding of the final regulations under the PWFA and how they compare to employer requirements outlined in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
